上星期去了灣仔會展一連三日舉辦的高端食品餐飲展。 四個字: 增廣見聞😮 其中最大開眼界的, 就是一嘗了袋鼠肉😱 食後感? 經過簡單椒鹽調味的袋鼠肉肉汁豐富, 而且一點騷味/異味都沒有!! 肉質有點像牛肉喔😯
Best takeaway? Definitely taste-testing Kangaroo! (sorry to my cute Aussie marsupials😖) The flesh was juicy and flavorful despite just simple salt & pepper marinade. Texture was a little similar to that of beef🐮! @ 香港灣仔會議展覽中心
